1. Description of the Service

1S VPN provides virtual private network (VPN) services that enhance online privacy and security. The service is available through our mobile applications and does not require user registration or account creation.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:

• Engaging in illegal activities (e.g., hacking, identity theft, child exploitation, fraud)
• Distributing malware, spam, or malicious code
• Violating intellectual property or privacy rights
• Attempting to disrupt or interfere with the service or its infrastructure
• Using the service to bypass geo-restrictions in violation of third-party terms

Violation of this policy may result in suspension or permanent termination of access.

3. No User Accounts

Our VPN service does not require the creation of user accounts. As a result, we do not store or manage personal account information.

4. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service at any time and without prior notice, particularly in cases of violations of these Terms, abuse, or unlawful use. Since no user accounts are created, deletion of accounts is not applicable.

5. Refund Policy

All purchases and subscriptions for 1S VPN are processed through third-party platforms (Apple App Store and Google Play). Refunds must be requested in accordance with the policies of those platforms:

1S VPN does not issue refunds directly.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the operation, availability, or reliability of the service. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1S VPN, its owners, affiliates, or service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the service.

This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Although we do not require user registration, some data may be collected for the purpose of maintaining and improving the service. For details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The date of the latest revision will always be indicated at the top of this page.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be handled in courts located in Ottawa, Ontario.
